Chilly, showery weather continues across the Great Lakes, with lake-effect showers and possible thunderstorms near Lake Erie through Wednesday. Windy conditions will spread from the northern Plains into the Midwest and Ohio Valley midweek, bringing colder air and gusty conditions.

Across southern Texas, near-record highs in the 90s continue today with dry, breezy weather raising fire concerns for north-central areas. The southern Plains should see some moisture return by Wednesday.

The Northwest stays mostly dry until a weak front moves in Wednesday night, while scattered storms taper off across Florida as a front weakens.

Have a fantastic day.
