Pay

Pay is based off experience and if you are driving teams or solo. Trainers also have additional compensation.
Yes! We offer 5 days of vacation time that you are eligible for after your first year of employment.
We pay weekly, every Friday.

Entry Level Driver Program

The ELD program does not require any prior experience. You are eligible if you have a valid Class A CDL, doubles endorsement, and can pass our pre-employment screening requirements.
After 9-12 months of over-the-road driving experience, most drivers can run solo. Our Safety department will determine whether the driver is ready to operate solo. You may also ask the safety department about testing out early as this is decided based on performance and safe driving.
During your training period we offer aggressive pay raises to keep your pay competitive as you gain experience:

Team Driving Position

Our dispatch department spends a lot of time communicating and working with drivers so they can gauge based on personalities and preferences who would work best together in a team driving environment: If for any reason, a team assignment does not work, dispatch is flexible with working out a new team arrangement.
Miles are split. For example, if the run is 6,000 miles, each driver receives pay for 3,000 miles. We do not split driver pay in team positions. Each driver is paid their rate based on experience and performance.

Our dispatch, maintenance, and safety are available to assist 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It is our top priority to make sure you always have the support you need. The Human Resources and Accounting departments are open M-F 9-5.

Routes

We have dedicated, regional, and national positions depending on your experience and where you live.
Home time is based on the type of route you are on.
No, but we do have some positions where you will be home weekly.
Rarely, but at times we get into areas and are limited to certain loads available in that area.

Equipment

Our fleet consists of newer automatic Freightliner Cascadias and Peterbilts. The average age of our fleet is less than 2 years old.
Yes, we supply chains.
Our trucks are equipped with Detroit Assurance 5:0 which is an advanced driving assistance system.
Our trucks are governed at 67 mph. They are also equipped with a Smartpass system that allows you to speed up to pass.
GPS are not required, but they are recommended.
Most units currently have inverters. If you are assigned a unit without an inverter, XFleet can talk to you about the process to get one installed.
