Across much of the country, temperatures will stay above average, while the Northwest remains wet and stormy. Mountain snow is expected across the Northern Rockies and Continental Divide.
High Plains areas like Wyoming, western Nebraska, and northeast Colorado will see breezy, dry conditions with wildfire risks — red flag warnings are in effect. Some spots in the Texas Panhandle and Colorado Front Range may reach record highs today.
Light rain and some higher elevation snow showers are possible across the Great Lakes and Northern Appalachians through Thursday.

NEBRASKA

A red flag warning is in effect today across a large portion of west central and far southwestern Nebraska. Afternoon highs will reach the upper 70s to near 80 with gusty westerly winds. Any fire which may develop will spread rapidly and be difficult to control.

Have a fantastic day.
